About Me
Schuyler Kaye (Founder of T4Execs)

I’m passionate about helping small business owners who want to make a difference and need to attract more customers with their online presence.
I’ve been in the business of branding since I decided being a short, fat, nerdy high schooler wasn’t the way to start college. So I joined football…
(Think cheerleader jumping up and down on the bench… only with shoulder pads and a helmet instead of pompoms.)
In the beginning it wasn’t always pretty, but by the time I got to college I had effectively shifted my personal brand from a short, fat, nerdy kid… to a tall, athletic, guy who had an inner nerd people actually appreciated.
That inner nerd is going to be what saves my business… but more on that in a moment.
In graduate school at Stanford University, I learned how to apply online tools, social media, storytelling, and my branding skills to the business world. I spent the next six years branding products and services online, starting a web service company, and creating online training packages.
Starting a company was a humbling experience. Maybe you can relate? It felt overwhelming trying to find and keep customers. In the beginning I wanted to help people, but eventually it just felt like I was selling them…
This led to one of the lowest points in my life… the depression, the lack of self-esteem, the feeling all alone…
The engineer in me (remember that inner nerd?) recognized this as just another problem to solve. The program manager in me turned my business into an experiment to create practical systems that would help me successfully attract clients through my online brand while maintaining my original desire to help people.
With the help of some amazing mentors, some spiritual practices, and a willingness to look inward for my answers, I found a heart-centered branding solution that worked for me… and more importantly I found a process that can work for you.
Since then, I’ve been helping those business owners, who dared to make a difference, attract the customers who they want to help and who need their product or service — by improving their online presence.
I believe with all my heart that you don’t have to fulfill your purpose “on the side”, and you can make money while making a difference in the world. My life has been a process of achieving this for myself – and now helping you do the same.
If you’re interested in working with me, you should probably know that I may or may not have picked up guitar to help my brand with the ladies, but I write songs as a way to express my emotions, I hope to travel to more countries than I am years old… having gotten a late start as I’ve visited only 25, and I eat more green chile than is generally advisable.

"Schuyler’s been helping me with my website. But it’s more than just words — he’s helping me define my story.
When I shared my long rambling About page, he cut through the waffle. Like a laser, he got to the important parts: “So, these are the three key points I’m hearing. Is that what you’re meaning? And how does that relate to your customer?”
Then he would ask the tough questions that really made me get clear on my purpose. Although he asks tough questions, he always delivered them gently.
I discovered that when writing my own story, it’s really REALLY hard to be objective. Having the input of Schuyler made the process a lot more enjoyable. And my webcopy is much stronger because of him." - Read more testimonials »
